Iron Man Beet Juice

An energizing juice that tastes great, yes please!

Beet juice will perk up any of you morning crank monsters, and it helps provide a great energy hit before a gym session too.

This gorgeous red juice is brimming full of iron, antioxidants, fibre and anti-inflammatory properties, so why wouldn’t you give this a go.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cooked beets
  •  1/2 inch of ginger
  • 1 apple
  • The juice from 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup of water

Method:

Bung everything into your juicer, ninja or bullet, and away you go.

If you find the juice too earthy in taste, just add a little agave or honey to the mix.
